Working from home? As a person that has done this for the past 13 years, here’s 5 fail safe tips.

1. Always have a shower and get dressed BEFORE looking at your computer.
2. Keep your office separate to the rest of your house, even if it’s a designated corner, this is imperative.
3. Washing, cleaning or any domestic duties must be done before and after work, not during.
4. Take designated breaks to make coffee, lunch etc but try to stick to the same times each day.
5. At the end of your day, clean up your desk, turn off your computer and go join your family.
